PLEASE TAKE TIME AND READ OUR POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE YOUR CLEANING

OUR 24 HOUR GUARANTEE:

Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but A Touch of Heaven Cleaning will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with.
Please let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.
If you’re not happy, We’re not happy!

PAYMENT

We will give you a free estimate over the phone. We then accept cash or credit/debit card. Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning.
Out of State and Move out must pay in advance!

APPOINTMENTS

In your busy life, we understand that things come up suddenly. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, please call within 24 hours and we will be happy to reschedule! We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.

Cleaning Times: We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be more than 1 hour late (due to traffic), we will contact you.  Our cleaners appreciate your flexibility when possible, please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time.

SAFETY

In order to protect our staff from personal injury we ask that you observe and agree to the following rules:

1. We do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind heavy appliances or furniture like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa if you move the heavy furniture out before our arrival. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.

2. To protect our cleaners, especially in the summer months, We ask that you allow FRESH AIR into the home while we are cleaning. Some customers ask for certain chemicals (ex; bleach products) to be used during their cleaning and our team must have access to cool, fresh air to prevent any injuries to our team. We have been in several homes where the windows were shut and the customers refused to give any air flow into the home. That is not good for our team as we are working hard to clean your home, especially if the temperatures are warm. So please allow plenty of fresh air flow, whether it be open windows, doors, or air conditioning.

3. We do not allow our team to climb ladders to reach high places. If we can not access the area from the floor position, we will not clean the area.
