Cancellation Policy

PLEASE TAKE TIME AND READ OUR POLICY BELOW BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE YOUR CLEANING

If you’re not happy, We’re not happy!
Our angels work hard and put their time and energy to give your home that special touch!

However, please be advised:
We do not offer refunds, but we will be happy to come back to your home within 24 hours to fix whatever issue you may have with your cleaning!
Out of State and Move out must pay in advance!

APPOINTMENTS
Cleaning Times: We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be more than 1 hour late (due to traffic), we will contact you.  Our cleaners appreciate your flexibility when possible, please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time.

SAFETY
In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind heavy appliances or furniture like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas. We also ask that you allow FRESH AIR into the home while we are cleaning. Some customers ask for certain chemicals (ex; bleach products) to be used during their cleaning and our team must have access to cool, fresh air to prevent any injuries to our team. We have been in several homes where the windows were shut and the customers refused to give any air flow into the home. That is not good for our team as we are working hard to clean your home, especially if the temperatures are warm. So please allow plenty of fresh air flow, whether it be open windows, doors, or air conditioning. If we arrive and there is not a clear air flow, we reserve the right to deny our services.

***CANCELLATION POLICY***

The time of our team is very valuable! When you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment date, than we do not have the time to schedule another customer. Therefore, our company loses money. If you cancel while we are IN ROUTE to your appointment, you have cost our team a great deal of time and money. We have a strict cancellation policy in effect.

Late Cancellation/No Show: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.
